Terms and conditions

The client and the consultant, Coralie SUCHEYRE, agree on the service consent which binds them and which is detailed below.

Meeting objectives

The consultant offers HELP RELATIONSHIP services to people wishing to undertake a personalized and structured support process in gradually achieving their objectives. The primary goal of this pathway is to promote learning, the development of autonomy and the client's personal resources, in order to enable them to improve their quality of life and establish personal well-being.

Duration, number, mode of operation and price of meetings

Duration : Between 60 and 120 minutes depending on the type of consultation

Number: After the first meeting, the client and the consultant will agree on the number and pace of one-hour meetings necessary to achieve the client's objective. However, this commitment may be canceled at any time according to the wishes of either party and meetings which do not take place are not due.

Operating mode : Meetings can take place at the consultant's office or online (Skype, Googlemeet). The client must provide a private place where he can fully benefit from the meetings without being disturbed. It is not appropriate for the consultant to give advice by email. Therefore, if the client needs support between meetings, it is best to schedule an appointment with the consultant.

Rate : The price listed on the website is the current price

If the meeting takes place online, payment for the meeting must be made before the meeting, either by PayPal or bank transfer. Fees related to the payment method will be paid by the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Complete the “File Opening” and “Service Consent” forms included in the introductory email.

  • Ensure availability and punctuality. If the client is late, the meeting will end at the scheduled time and will be payable as scheduled.
  • Undertake not to make any recording of the meetings, in any way, in whole or in part, at any time.
  • Have the ability and desire to be fully involved in your approach and take full responsibility for the actions chosen and their achievements because the consultant cannot choose or carry them out for him.
  • Keep a copy for your files of the agreements and other information exchanged during these meetings since in accordance with the laws regarding the protection of personal information (in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679) the consultant must destroy this personal information after 2 years.
  • Call a doctor or mental health professional of your choice if physical or psychological symptoms appear as part of this support.
  • Do not, under any circumstances, stop your medication, allopathic treatments and psychological help.

  • Guide and subsequently support the client through their objective(s) while taking into account their requirements and availability.
  • Support management in the pursuit of objectives and achievement, growth or transformation.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information provided by the client or collected by the consultant. Keep personal data for a maximum period of two (2) years following the last meeting and destroy them after this period.
  • Respect the ethical framework and code of ethics of the Ecoute Ton Corps school
  • Issue an invoice for professional fees for each meeting, upon request from the client.

The consultant cannot promise specific results, nor give instructions for life choices. Results depend on the client's motivation and degree of involvement. However, if the consultant realizes along the way that this approach does not bring well-being to the client, the consultant will try to direct the client towards other resources better suited to their needs. In turn, the client will inform the consultant if he notices that the approach undertaken does not improve his quality of life.

It is important that the client is aware that this approach is not psychotherapy for managing crisis situations or treating mental health problems. In no case is this type of support intended to replace or replace, in any way whatsoever, any other approach to meeting in psychology, psychotherapy or medicine. The consultant does not in any way suggest stopping the client's medication, allopathic treatments and psychological aids. Individual support meetings do not in any way replace the advice and services of a doctor. The client acknowledges that he cannot ask the consultant to perform a medical procedure or a diagnosis reserved for practitioners of allopathic medicine within the meaning of the Professional Code, nor encourage the consultant to do so. The meetings therefore have fields of expertise and actions that are completely different from those of health professionals (doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, etc.).

Confidentiality

I have read and understand the information mentioned above. No information may be transmitted to another person without my written consent. However, the consultant is required to break confidentiality and report the situation to the people concerned (family, medical emergency or police services as applicable) if:

  • I threaten my physical or psychological safety or that of another person;
  • I am experiencing a major problem, representing a serious and high risk for myself (example: suicidal behavior considered to be at risk);
  • the consultant receives a mandate duly completed and signed by a judge which requires obtaining information about me or my child.

I acknowledge that the consultant clarified to me the terms of this agreement, that he responded satisfactorily to my questions and that he ensured my understanding in relation to this document.

I freely and informedly consent to the service offered. It is understood that I can, at any time, choose to end the meetings.
