I can receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:25px;line-height:1.8\"> <strong>A single parent <\/strong>even if the problem concerns a relationship with one of the children\/teenagers, the couple or the entire family. By exploring what is happening within yourself, you open up new possibilities in the adjustment of other family members. We are the cogs of a family system capable of regenerating itself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:25px;line-height:1.8\"><strong>Parent and teenagers together<\/strong>. The adolescent may prefer that the parent wait a few minutes outside at certain times during the session, while they unravel what is happening inside them without their gaze. However, the objective being to gradually learn to become aware of and express things, we always end the consultation with a moment between the three of us. This does not necessarily require you to say everything little by little; you learn to express without hurting. This also allows you to learn to recognize your limits: knowing how to tell others that there are things that you are not yet capable of saying and why.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:25px;line-height:1.8\"><strong>A child accompanied by a parent, from 8 years old<\/strong>. We put emotions and situations into words. I pass on techniques to help everyone better manage their emotions and express what they need.
